These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the websites, scheduling pages, forms, online store, and related online services operated by Opsequium Legal Support Solutions, LLC (“Opsequium,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using these services, you agree to these Terms.

Website Purpose

Our websites provide information about customer-directed legal document preparation, process service, court filing and document delivery, mobile notarial services, document organizers, merchandise, appointment scheduling, and related administrative services. Information on the websites is general business information and is not legal advice.

No Legal Advice or Representation

Dorrina Shajari is not an attorney. Opsequium Legal Support Solutions, LLC is not a law firm and cannot represent anyone in court, provide legal advice, explain legal rights or remedies, select legal forms, or advise anyone about legal options. Legal document preparation is performed only for customer-selected documents and from the customer’s specific written instructions and information. You are responsible for selecting your documents and deciding whether to consult a licensed attorney.

Process Service

Process-service fees are charged for the attempts and work described in the written quote. Successful service is not guaranteed. The customer is responsible for providing accurate documents, addresses, deadlines, case information, and service instructions. Court filing or delivery of a proof of service is provided only when requested and included in the written quote.

Notarial Services

The signer or document recipient must identify the requested notarial act. Opsequium cannot select or recommend a notarial act, determine a document’s legal effect, or provide legal advice. Signers must personally appear and present acceptable identification. Opsequium does not notarize documents it assisted in preparing; those documents must be notarized by a separate notary.

Scheduling, Quotes, and Payments

Appointments may be scheduled through Acuity Scheduling. Service availability, scope, and total charges are confirmed before an assignment or appointment is accepted. Travel, convenience, surcharge, waiting, notarial, filing, and other applicable fees are disclosed separately when required. Payment processing may be provided by third-party payment processors subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Online Store and Products

Document organizers and merchandise are sold through our Shopify store and may be fulfilled by Printful or other disclosed service providers. Products and organizer materials are for general organizational or informational purposes and are not legal advice, legal forms selected for a customer, or a substitute for professional advice. Shopify, Printful, and payment providers may apply their own terms and privacy policies to transactions they process.

Customer Information and Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and lawful information and instructions. Do not submit Social Security numbers, complete financial-account numbers, medical records, or other highly sensitive information through a general website form unless we provide a secure method and specifically request it. You remain responsible for reviewing documents, confirming names and facts, meeting deadlines, and obtaining legal advice when desired.

Third-Party Services and Links

Our websites may link to or embed services operated by Squarespace, Acuity, Shopify, Printful, payment processors, government agencies, and other third parties. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or practices. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

Website Availability and Disclaimer

We work to keep website information accurate and available but do not promise that every page will always be complete, current, uninterrupted, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the websites and online materials are provided “as is,” without warranties not expressly stated in a written service agreement.

Intellectual Property

Website text, branding, graphics, downloadable materials, and original product designs are owned by Opsequium or used with permission and may not be copied, republished, or sold without authorization, except as permitted by law.

Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Cookie choices may be managed through the Cookie Preferences link where available.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms as services, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date above shows when these Terms were last updated. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law and Severability

These Terms are governed by California law. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
