Customers must identify each document or form they want prepared. Opsequium does not determine what estate plan, trust terms, powers, beneficiaries, fiduciaries, or legal effects are appropriate.

How Requests Are Handled

We check for missing factual information.
3. Document preparation.
The selected document is prepared only from your specific written instructions and information.
4. Customer review.
You review the prepared document and decide what to do next.
5. Signing, notarization, filing, or recording.
The customer determines all requirements using official sources or instructions from a licensed attorney. Opsequium does not determine legal requirements, legal effects, forms, procedures, or deadlines.
