Important Information

A notarization verifies identity and completion of the notarial act. It does not verify the truth, accuracy, validity, or legal effect of a document and does not include legal advice.

Opsequium does not notarize documents that it assisted in preparing.

If Opsequium prepared your document, notarization must be completed by a separate notary.
